Practice Schedule

Multiple practices are offered throughout the week,  with specific times per group. Swimmers are asked try to attend at least 2 practices a week, but are encouraged to attend as many as possible. Practices are designed to give the swimmers the best opportunity to work with coaches on improving their skills, strength and stamina.

July 5th through end of the Season

  • Group 1
    • Mornings - Mon/Wed/Fri - 8:00am to 9:30am
    • Evenings - Mon/Tues/Wed - 5:30pm to 6:30pm
  • Group 2
    • Mornings - Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri - 8:00am to 9:30am
    • Evenings - Mon/Tues/Wed - 6:15pm to 7:30pm
  • Group 3
    • Mornings - Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri - 8:00am to 9:30am
    • Evenings - Mon/Tues/Wed - 7:00pm to 9:00pm
